London is one of the world's major business, political and cultural centres. It is widely regarded as one of the world's major global cities, and has been an important settlement for nearly 2000 years.

A variety of landmarks and objects are cultural icons associated with London, such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and the tube map. Many other British cultural icons are strongly associated with London in the minds of visiting tourists, including the red telephone box, the routemaster bus, the black taxi and the Union Flag.

Giờ Trái Đất là sáng kiến của WWF (Quỹ Quốc Tế Về Bảo Vệ Thiên Nhiên) về biến đổi khí hậu. Giờ Trái Đất kêu gọi các cá nhân, doanh nghiệp, cơ quan và quốc gia cùng tham gia tắt đèn trong một giờ vào ngày thứ Bảy cuối cùng của tháng Ba hàng năm để thể hiện sự ủng hộ hành động toàn cầu vì biến đổi khí hậu.
  Từ sự thành công của chiến dịch này năm 2009, Giờ Trái Đất đã cho thấy đây là một sự kiện rất có ý nghĩa trong việc tạo cho người dân ý thức về tiết kiệm năng lượng, bảo vệ môi trường.
Buổi sinh hoạt BC Color sẽ là nơi để các bạn trẻ bày tỏ sự quan tâm của mình tới chiến dịch rất ý nghĩa này. Hãy tới tham gia và nói cho mọi người biết bạn nghĩ gì về sự kiện này?
